Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Fees paid through the online payment gateway are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
2. Refunds will be considered only in cases of:
• Duplicate payment
• Technical error resulting in excess payment
3. Any request for refund must be submitted in writing to the school office along with proof of payment.
4. Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time and credited back through the original mode of payment or as decided by the school.
5. Once a payment is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled by the parent/guardian.
