The PPS Curriculum Model represents the School's commitment to optimise teaching and learning, and facilitate children's holistic development and well-being. Through a curriculum that is stimulating and creative and an environment that is safe and child-centred, we enable the learner to explore multiple dimensions of excellence, encompassing intellectual, social, emotional and physical development. Advanced Learning Program :
  •  Park Public School introduces advanced learning program through Chromebook for every student to create one-to-one computing environments, our school allows the students and the teachers to take full advantage of the benefits of learning through the Information Technology.

  • Nurturing Joyful Learners through Critical and Inventive Thinking embodies the school’s aspirations and drive in realizing our school vision of ‘Joyful Learners, Gracious Citizens, Champions in Life’. 
     

  • Rooted in our belief that “Every Parkidens Matters and Deserves the Best”, The ALP programme is specially designed to develop critical and inventive students.

  • The ALP programme runs through a 3-tiered Approach – Experience, Inquire and Hone, The ‘Experience’ and ‘Inquire’ tiers seek to provide opportunities for the masses while ‘Hone’ tier will promote the learning for interested and talented students. The approach is designed to allow students to deepen their appreciation and application of as they progress through each tier.

  • As an Alternative Learning Pathway, we recognize that the students in our care require more support. Students accessing the ALP experience a range of barriers to learning, which can result, in time, in difficulty accessing a mainstream curriculum, disengagement, lack of confidence, reduced options in later years etc. It is important that all students are supported and challenged to make outstanding progress, despite any learning difficulty.

  • A focus on supported, engaging and meaningful learning experiences, whilst encouraging independent learning.

CO CURRICULAR

Public Park School we provide a comprehensive enrichment programme for all students by offering an extensive range of extra-curricular activities. We believe that every student has gift that can be further developed during their school days. Our co-curricular programs are designed to meet the needs and interests of each student. This process we enable students to learn new skills, collaborate amonh peers, develop team work and become more independent.

We encourage students to participate i at least one co curricular activity a week, As a result, this empowers students to participate in Local & National level competitions without any fear. We also believe in promoting leadership opportunities and skills which will ensure our students to achieve the best wherever they are. 

We recongnise the importance of meeting the unique learning needs of every child by providing a safe, supportive and respectful environment. Through individualised attention that appreciated children's learning styles and differing abilities, by helping them cope with emotional challenges and by providing them guidance to select higher education pathways, we work for their well-being, within the school and beyond.
